Upon dispatch, One Stop Stamp Shop will provide you with the tracking number of your parcel if you have purchased the insurance option upon checkout. However, it is essential to be aware that any lost or stolen items become the responsibility of the customer if you haven’t purchased the insurance.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions, which offer you the choice between standard international shipping and included shipping with insurance for your order.

Please be informed that One Stop Stamp Shop cannot be held accountable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees, including tariffs and taxes, that may be imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For international customers, kindly exercise caution when selecting your item, as returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available.

While we thoroughly inspect every item before dispatch, in the rare event of any damage occurring during transit, it is the customer’s obligation to notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the goods, providing photographic evidence. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the faulty items.
